Temple Run by Imangi Studios has been one of the most popular games for mobile and tablets. After the huge success of Temple Run, Imangi Studios released their second game in the series "Temple Run 2". This game, like temple run is a running and jumping adventure game with lots of adventure, power ups and difficulties. We have reviewed Temple Run 2 in this post.
There a lot of new features in Temple Run 2 than the original Temple Run game. Here are some:

Temple Run hit 170 million downloads just because it was very addictive to play. Temple Run 2 is going the same way. If you start playing this game regularly, you definitely will get addicted to it. The addiction is due to many reasons.
Temple Run 2 is a lot more faster than Temple Run. In my 512MB and 1GHz phone, this game runs without any speed problems, but on the same phone I did have some speed problems with Temple Run. You have to use the screen all the time to turn, jump and slide but still the game does not stop or crashes. This was the most positive point I found about Temple Run 2.

The graphics of this game are very finely made. They are frame to frame perfect and a lot better than Temple Run. While playing the game, graphics will be a primary thing which will fascinate you. Everything, the frame rate, transactions, design etc are very good. We give full marks to the graphics.
So Temple Run 2 was up to our expectations of quality and entertainment. We give this fabulous game 4.5 out of 5. -0.5 for the non availability on any Microsoft product (Win7, WP) and the non compatibility with some phones.

Temple Run 2 is a running and jumping adventure game. This game is based on some explorers who try to steal a magic idol from a temple of the devil. When they take the idol, the guard of the temple, a monkey starts chasing them to kill them and take the idol back. You, as the explorer have to run around the temple and save yourself and the idol from the guard monkey. In your way, you will get many obstacles like abysses, maidens, fire holes, blind turns etc from which you have to again save yourself and the idol. In between the game, you will also get power ups which will help you and you will be unlocking achievements which will promote you to higher levels.
What's New in Temple Run 2?
There a lot of new features in Temple Run 2 than the original Temple Run game. Here are some:

- Levels: Unlike Temple Run, Temple Run 2 has levels. You get objectives to complete. By completing objectives, your level bar gets filled up. Once it is full, you get promoted to the next level.
- Graphics: The graphics of the game has improved a three fold. You will experience great graphics in Temple Run 2 than Temple Run. From the temple to the path, all the graphics have improved.
- Environment: The explorers in Temple Run ran on the ground which had a water stream below it but in Temple Run 2, the explorers run on a platform made in the air. Also, this path is not always straight.
- Obstacles: You will notice a lot new obstacles in this game. The explorers have to slide a rope, jump over a maiden, ride a rail cart and much more than Temple Run.
- Guard Monkey: The three guard monkeys of Temple Run are replaced with only one guard monkey in Temple Run 2 but almost thrice the size of the previous monkeys.
- More..: More new features in this game include new power ups, achievements, levels and much more.
The Addiction
